Bought this for a friend who absolutely loved it. The description says green but its actually blue and green – very much like a peacock feather- gorgeous! Her head circumference is 23″ – after googling what that is in centimeters, (58.42) I sized up to 59cm and it fit perfectly. It was well packed and arrived in a timely manner considering it was coming all the way from Mongolia. Very pleased with this purchase.
