Airag is fermented horse milk. It is widely drunk by Mongolian people in summer. The taste is sour but it is good for digestion. It contains a lot of essential elements for the human body such as calcium, phosphorus etc.
Alcoholic content 3%.
Store in cool (0-15 gradus) and dry place up to 6 months.
Not recommended for people with allergies and broken bones.
It is recommended to shake well before drinking

Tastes like a horse smells 10/10. I was able to backslop with some 1% cows milk and supplemental lactose powder (1tsp/quart). If you want to try it, give the milk lots oxygen, shake frequently, and keep the room temperature <72° to keep from curdling too much (no idea how mongolians mitigate curdling in the summer unless they just accept some pathogenic risk).
It came in a bag, not a jug as pictured, but no matter; it’s the real thing.
Love this

This stuff is the bomb dot com! I pounded a few glasses and repped out 500 pounds on squat with more ease than I ever have in my life. THANK YOU mongulai!!!!!
