The Tsuur is one of Mongolia’s most ancient and spiritual musical instruments, traditionally played by nomadic herders of the Altai region. Recognized by UNESCO as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the Tsuur produces a haunting, overtone-rich sound that echoes the winds and landscapes of the Mongolian mountains.
Handcrafted from natural bamboo or wood, this flute features a simple yet elegant design with precisely placed finger holes that allow the player to create deep, meditative tones. Unlike many flutes, the Tsuur is played using a unique breathing technique that combines flute sound with throat singing harmonics, creating a layered and atmospheric musical experience.
I brought the small size Tsuur around four or so months ago and I couldn’t be more happy with it! Produces a beautiful sound and comes with a lovely little soft case. the mouthpiece is extremely comfortable and it’s prefect for anyone interested in this amazing instrument! It’s not made of bamboo as it lists on the site but that honestly doesn’t matter I so happy with the instrument that I received. Маш их баярлалаа 🙂 <3

I love it, looking on yt for tutorials on how to play it. But it’s beautiful craftsmanship. Only thing I can ask more for is a digital books for if.
